Terms of service · updated 27 July 2026
Clear terms for practical resources.
These terms explain what you are buying, how you may use it, how delivery works and what remains protected by Australian law.
Terms of service
Seller and acceptance
The seller is lilMONSTER, trading through lil.business, ABN 59 870 881 596. By purchasing or using a resource or service, you agree to these terms and the product page shown at checkout.
If a product page and these terms conflict about a specific deliverable, the product page description current at checkout controls for that deliverable.
Terms of service
Digital resource licence
A digital purchase grants the purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and adapt the files for the purchaser’s own internal business operations.
- You may edit, print and share working copies with employees and contractors who need them for your business.
- You may not resell, sublicense, publish, upload to a template library or distribute the source files to another organisation.
- Your completed internal policies, registers and reports remain yours. lilMONSTER retains copyright in the supplied source materials.
Terms of service
Payment, delivery and account access
Prices are shown in AUD. Stripe processes payment. Eligible digital products are added to the customer vault after confirmed payment, and advisory purchases receive the preparation or scheduling path described on the product page.
Use an email you control at checkout. Account access depends on signing in with a verified OAuth account using that same email. Contact support if a lawful email change or provider limitation prevents access.
Terms of service
Consumer guarantees and remedies
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Depending on the circumstances, a failure may entitle a consumer to repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation.
The ACCC explains consumer rights and guarantees and available remedies. For a problem, contact shoutout@lil.business first so we can assess and resolve it.
A change of mind alone does not automatically create a statutory remedy, but this does not affect any right arising from a product or service failing an applicable consumer guarantee.
Terms of service
Use, responsibility and limitations
Resources are general implementation aids, not legal advice, formal certification, audit opinion or a guarantee that a business is secure or compliant. You remain responsible for adapting them to your systems, risks, contracts and legal obligations.
Do not use a resource to conduct testing or access systems without authorization. Advisory work is subject to written scope, authority and access boundaries before live-system activity.
Terms of service
Changes and contact
We may update these terms prospectively. The terms shown at the time of purchase continue to govern that purchase except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
