Optional Apple Intelligence titles and enhancements need a supported device and availability. Your saved notes and recordings remain usable when those features are unavailable.
When you share a note or confirm a handoff to Reminders or Calendar, the destination has its own controls. Check the App Store for supported devices and app privacy details. Do not send recordings or private meeting notes in a support email.
