Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply. A major failure can entitle you to a replacement or refund and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. For other failures, the remedy follows the law and our terms.
Change-of-mind refunds are not offered on digital resources. That does not remove your consumer guarantees. Separate signed service agreements set out the scope and remedies for consulting.
