Run your day with an agent team
Plan the task list, review rhythm, exception handling and ownership for your agent team.
Keep the work visible.
An agent team needs a human owner, a shared queue and a regular review. A busy agent is not proof that a task is finished.
1. Give each item an owner
Keep a work ID, source link, status and next action. Name the person responsible for the result, even when several agents prepare it.
2. Review pending work
Agree when someone checks drafts and exceptions. Name a backup. Leave incomplete work visible when a tool or agent is unavailable.
3. Control changes
Check changes to instructions, sources, tools or permissions before using them. Pause if access or approval is unclear. Keep a manual fallback.
4. Make a weekly decision
Review completed outputs, old exceptions, corrections and team effort. Include checking, repair and escalation time. Record setup separately. Continue, change or pause based on the evidence.
Your operations worksheet
- Roles and workflow owner
- Shared queue and required fields
- Allowed actions and approvals
- Daily check and backup
- Escalation and pause rule
- Weekly quality sample
- Review and repair minutes
- Next change, owner and review date
Task counts alone are not enough. Check whether the output was accepted and whether a real person had to redo it. Use safe examples in shared worksheets.
