Does $297 include GST?

Yes. $297 AUD is the all-in price. A tax invoice is issued automatically by Polar on purchase.

How do I pay?

Checkout runs on Polar, which uses Stripe as the payment processor. Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay. No account required.

What if we're not a fit?

If the scope doesn't fit inside the first 24 hours after the call, we refund in full. No forms, no friction - reply to the confirmation email and the refund goes back to the original card.

How fast are the written findings?

Within 48 hours of the call, business days. If we can't meet that, we'll tell you before the call and reschedule or refund.

What do I need to provide beforehand?

A short prep form before the call - about 15 minutes to fill out. Company details, what tools you run, your three biggest concerns. Link goes out in the purchase confirmation email.
